We are currently restoring a backup and it has taken over 2,5 hours already.
The last time we created a backup (last week) it took only about an hour.
We would like to know how long this usually takes because we can only restore the backup for 9 more hours because after 3 days the backup will be automatically removed.

Hi,
This depends on many variables including which data centre your Dynamics 365 instance is in and how big your solution / database is. A 2 hour backup process is not uncommon.
If you have any urgency for this, you should raise a ticket with Dynamics CRM Online support so they can either keep the back up for longer or give you other options to help.
