Hi,

My unit cost for an item is 3000. Now i want to transfer that item from one location to another location at a price of 3500.

Even after manually changing the transfer price, system always takes the price according to my unit cost.

Please suggest a method to transfer an item at increased price so that my location wise P&L statement is accurate.

My costing method is FIFO and adjust cost is set up as always.
I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

Transfer Order is only meant to move the item from one location to another.
If you need to increase the unit cost after the transfer, then you can post an Item Revaluation Journal entry.

    Hello,

I do agree with Yi Yong, Transfer Order is for Transfer the Material from one location to another location.

You need to Do Item Revaluation Journal or Manually Adjust the Item Cost.
