Fields greyed out while creating a new bank -Main Account field

While creating a new bank account in a recently created entity, the main account is greyed out, I can’t write the main account.
How can I solve it? Please advise.

Which Dynamics 365 app do you have in mind? F&O? You're asking in the general forum, but your question is about a particular product, not D365 in general.

It was for D365 F&O.

Now it is resolved. I rechecked the COA and account structures. Now it is working. Next time will be asking in the relevant section.
