Store number on the sales order

Hi everyone, 

I'm new to the retail world. So, I should to test the "Retail statement" but I have a question to submit. 

In 365 Finance and Operation, it's possible to create a sales order with the "store number" on the header?

I have configured those things on my retail store:

  • Employee (myself);
  • Product category and items;
  • Organization hierarchy with my retail into all-purpose linked to the retail;
  • Delivery mode.

    Hi Giorgio,

    I have moved the question to the retail forum.

    When you calculate the retail statements, then the sales orders with the reference to the store will be created. There is a feature to use call center functionality. In that case, you can create a sales order for that call center channel when a user is member of the call center.

    Hi Giorgio,

    I am using update version 10.0.5, I have not seen any field like this in the standard system in SO header. Please ask your system administrator about this field so that he could explain either this field is customized or added through user personalization.

    He could guide you more about this as just like Andre said, standard system only provides sale order reference from retail.

    By my understand, it will set the store number to SO during statement post.

    If you want get the channel number once manually create the SO, you need use put your user as one call center user.
