Dear All,

I tried to delete a customer that dose not have any posted transactions or sales order in the system.

the only thing he had unposted a JV and I removed the customer account from the JV before I tried to delete him

Then when I tried to delete him, it won't delete and a massage appeared to me:

A financial dimension value is based on the C-003322 record and has been used on a transaction. you cannot delete the C-003322 record

Please advise and best regards.

Hi Ayman Hamdan,

Do you have a 'customer' financial dimension setup?

If so, can you try to delete the financial dimension value first?

Have you also tried deleting the complete journal where the customer was used?

Was the customer linked to a sales order and does this SO still exist?
