Permission for cancelling Purchase Orders

Hi Team,
 
One of my client is having issues with Purchase Order cancellation. 
 
The approval request is done through Power automate as the workflow is done through that. But even if the user has super access, the cancel option is grayed out. 
 
Is this a permission issue or something else.

    Hi, This is a bit strange, because even if you are not a Super user, you should be able to cancel the approval.
    It is recommended that developers debug to see if the following variable values are correct when opening the page.

    this doesn't seem to be an issue with user permissions. per previous suggestion, it very likely caused by the power automate. you might need to convert to manual approve if more control is needed.
