AP - payment receipt journal takes very slow to load to screen!!!

Hi guys,

I usually take max 1-2 minutes to load Payment Receipt Journal.

However, this time I have to wait almost half a day for loading, even loading to screen. I wonder that it could be due to improper index and affect to performance (i am not use). Some online sources sugggest to re-index the table. I have no idea and do not make sure what impacts are if I reindex LedgerJournalTable or/and LedgerJournalTrans

Please kindly advise me what the issue comes.

Hi Ett,

sometimes it happens because of SSRS report service restart. Have you restarted it?
