Production order details

Hi Experts,

I am building a customized screen where I need to display the good qty, error qty, hours of production etc. for each production order by resource for a specific time period based on the filters applied in the form. Which PROD related table I can use for this purpose. In our business scenario we have multiple operations in one production order which stops me using ProdRouteTrans table.

For example if we have 2 operations A &B in a production order when I make production entry, this table contains the good qty for each operation A & B which is resulting in duplication where I need to display only the good qty for the last operation. any help here would be much appreciated.

    Hello,

You can use the ProdJournalTrans table to capture good and error quantities for each production journal entry. For tracking multiple operations, the ProdRoute table will help link each operation with its corresponding data. To avoid duplication, filter by operation and use ProdRoute to ensure you're only displaying quantities for the last operation. Additionally, the ProdWork table can be useful to get the hours of production for each operation by resource.

By joining these tables, you can filter by time period and resource while ensuring you only show the relevant data for the last operation, avoiding any duplication in quantities.

    Hope this helps

Thank you Alia21 for your input. What is the best way to filter last operation for production order while considering multiple production entries for multiple operations ?. Can you please provide the X++ code for the same ?. Thanks.
