Hi Everyone,
I've enabled Productivity Pane for Customer Service Workspace but the Smart Assist is still not working when I view the Case in the Customer Service Workspace app.
I checked the setup and got this message. Any advise on how to resolve this is greatly appreciated.

Please check the following points.
1.The AI suggestion is only available in the below regions.

2.You could raise a ticket about this issue if the daily update dose not work.

As mentioned the workflows should be there in the environment. If not then you can try adding AI builder app from Power platform admin center
