Social Pane not loading in Chrome

Hallo together

I have a problem with the social pane. It does not load when i´m using the latest Chrome version Version 63.0.3239.84 (64-Bit). Im using CRM Online 2013 6.1.4.

I have tested with IE11 and here i have no issues. However, most employees at my company use Chrome and it will cause many issues when it's not working on chrome.

The issue is that there is a loading animation which never stops and I cannot click anything. It seems to get stuck.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue and/or how to solve this?

    Hi Johanne,

    This seems it is known issues after the latest chrome update. Pls refer the below thread which was discussed earliest this month. Hope we will get the updated patch soon . Meanwhile you can create support ticket with MS to get more details and solution.

    Thanks for the link however this seems to be a different issue with chrome. I am not trying anything with emails. I want to enable the personal wall for my employees.

    I know . We are facing issues mostly in the entities of social pane.not only in email
