Hi folks,
Anybody knows about this error while opening a CRM URL getting this error, it has been configured via ADFS and CRM is 2016 on-prem, please help urgently, thanks.

You can check the event viewer on the ADFS Server and CRM Server if you find anything, but if not sometimes it is just resetting the connection to get this to work. You will probably have to open a ticket with MS to find the reason, but the following might help.
Restart CRM Server IIS
Restart ADFS Server ADFS Service and IIS
Try again. If that doesn't work, you can attempt to restart both servers.
This is not a solution, but a temporary workaround.

Hope you have checked that ADFS is working fine , if not please check that your ADFS is working or not by using below URL's
1) https://ADFSservicename .your domain.com/adfs/ls/idpinitiatedsignon
2) https://ADFSservicename .your domain.com/Federationmetadata/2007-06/federationmetadata.xml
3) Ferderation metadata URL: to configure Internal CRM (Claims Based Authentication)
Internal Federation Metadata URL: internalcrmorgname.your domain.com/FederationMetadata/2007-06/FederationMetadata.xml
if all above works fine , then need to check IFD , ADFS Settings .
