D365 Outlook Tracking to Wrong Contact

A mass email went out (newsletter) (BCC).  A contact responded to the email and this was tracked. It had no issue. Then another customer responded to the same email and now the regarding is set to the first customer even though the two customers have no connection. The only commonality is they both replied to the same email. How do I prevent the contact from being set to regarding when someone else responds to this email?

    when the first contact reply the email, the regrading field is null or not?

    Can you provide more screenshots about it?
