Hello good afternoon.

I would like to know how to make the First Response field (KPI) of the "Case" form (Image 01) visible in the selected view as a "case" column (Image 02)

    Hi,

just edit the view, you will then get the editor like this:

click on add columns and then chose the record type (in your case SLA).

now you can get access to other related entity fields, and you can add them as columns of the view.

    Hope it helps,

    Marco

    Hi  Marco.

That way if I know but what I mean is that the field that I show (image 01) could not put it in the default view since it is a KPI field, could you support me how would I achieve that?

But SLA KPI and case entity are related,

Could you post a screenshot with your view editor?
