I am currently using CRM 2015 I am well aware I am not using it to its full potential, I am the only person in our company doing outbound cold calls and emails.
As you can imagine I have quite a lot to process day to day and I want to automate this to make my day to day calls/emails faster and more efficient.
If I make a call and the prospect is unavailable or out of the office or on holiday in my activity on the customers account I write the date then a short sentence on the outcome then change the follow up date ..
I have looked into workflows on CRM but to be honest I am really not that knowledgeable on how to set these up even after watching multiple How to videos on you tube .
Please please please could some one help me in setting up a way to make my day to day process a lot faster
Any advice is greatly appreciated
