I am trying to change the decimals for a specific item but I am getting this message.
'items exists in sales order processing transactions and could not be updated' I am pretty sure it is not used in any transactions in SOP. any other locations or table I can check to rectify this?

thanks ruel for your inputs. I ran a script to find allocated quantities for this item and certainly found one for POP. I pulled it up and had it processed, customer ran again the utility and no error came up. btw, we are adding more decimal places.

There may be transactions in other modules such as IV or POP. You should check the Item Transaction Inquiry and the Purchase Order Items Inquiry to see if there is anything.
