    Hi Felya,

It seems that you are unable to connect to CRM as the instance is unable to connect to the Database.

Could you ensure if the application is connecting to the database.

    1. Check all the database related services (see if any service accounts / permissions were changed in the recent past)

    2. Check the deployment manager and cross check the server configs, organizations enabled?

    3. Restart the services in the end and try reconnecting.

HI the event id is 7000.

Hi Farhan no permessions or  service accounts were change. i cannot open the deployment manager i thought it's because the async service is down, the Sandbox serivice is up and the async i cannot restart it because it's down. i have telnet to the DB.

    Felya,

Thanks for the event ID. You are unable to open as the connectivity to the database is not happening (since the async is not working and the organizations are not loading / opening) which results in the deployment manager not opening.

Have you checked the database services ? Are all running ? Try the telnet from the both the servers. Do you notice anything peculiar ?

One (one of the) last resorts would be to run the CRM 2011 Diagnostic Tool. crmdiagtool2011.codeplex.com

(assuming you are using CRM 2011)
