Notes not printing on AR invoices in Quick Send

We have order notes set to print on credit memos and invoices but when these documents are sent via quicksend, the order notes don’t show up. I don’t see a setting in QuickSend set up where you would set that. Is there a way to include the order notes in QuickSend?

    I had a similar problem with POs.  What we did to fix it was to open the report in Crystal reports, and remove the suppression formula for all of the notes sections.
