Sending views as email in workflow

Hello guys,

I would like to know if the following is possible:

I have an entity form. Lets call this Contact. There is another entity called Login information.. the contact and login information entities have a 1:n relationship. There is a custom view created for login information which is displayed in the contact form.

There is an on demand  workflow which is running on the contact entity which after checking some conditions, will send an email. I would like to know if there is any provision available in the CRM which makes it possible for me to send in the email, the login information custom view which is displayed on the contact entity?

Any ideas on implementing this requirement would be great!

Thanks!

I am assuming you want to send the record present in the Login Information subgrid. If yes, you can achieve this creating a custom workflow activity which first retrieves the data by executing fetchxml (you can download it from advance find) and then add that data in the email body (description) field and then sends that email from the custom workflow activity itself.

You can use this custom workflow activity in your current On Demand Workflow after your business logic.

Here are few links about the same-
    Sample: Create Custom Workflow Activity

Execute Fetch XML to return your results

    Send an email programmatically
