Issue with segment and journey

Greetings,

I was creating segment and journey on daily basis via power automate.

The association of segment, marketing email with the journey was again happening via power automate itself.

I was making the segment and journey live after creation in flow itself.

This was working from past 2 months. From today I am getting the strange issue "The selected segment doesn't match its record id in the database. Please make sure the segment is correctly selected"

The segments and journeys which get created will have same name and currently it is just 1 segment and 1 journey in the production instance. The power automate failed and did not create the customer journey. When trying to create manually also getting above issue.

Any inputs regarding this matter would be of great help since it is impacting the business.

    Hi Satish,

    it's hard to advise on such specific topic, esp as something was working before and suddenly crashed.

    Hope that you have resolved the issue by yourself.

    If the issue is still not resolved, please create a ticket for support

    Please find the response for the below queries sent:

    1) Is the tip you highlighted in red the original quote from Power Automate or Marketing? If so, are you experiencing the same prompt when you create it manually? - This is in marketing. I created the segment and journey via power automate and kept in draft state. When trying to Check for Errors or Go Live I get the error

    2) As you say "trying to create manually" do you mean creating Customer Journey manually in Marketing using the segment you mentioned as audience? Please provide a screenshot of the specific phenomena or hints after creation if it is convenient. - Yes creating manually in the sense in marketing app.

    3) There is a list of run history under the details of each flow. Have you ever clicked on a specific failure record to see the Error Details displayed on the right? - Yes I have the run history. In my sandbox instance it has worked successfully on 4th of March but getting issue today even though no change being made in power automate nor in marketing app from my side.

    Since I cannot reproduce your issue, there are some questions I’d like to confirm.

    1. Is the tip you highlighted in red the original quote from Power Automate or Marketing? If so, are you experiencing the same prompt when you create it manually?
