I have found this example, to create and send an appointment to Outlook:
Now I am using NAV 2017. What do I have to use instead of Automation datatype?
When I have more users, who have to reveice the appointment, how can I get the required attendees?

For NAV 2017 you can use DotNet Interop.
In the community we already had someone posting a detailed explanation of how you can code this functionality. Which also includes the option for required attendees.
