I am trying to condense the information on my sales receipt in order to make the overall receipt smaller. I don't want to remove any of the lines or text included in the receipt but instead see an opportunity by trying to reduce the blank spacing above and below headers/subheaders etc. I just don't know what these edits in the XML file should look like! Any tips?!

Hi Matt, have you reviewed the receipt design information in the RMS users manual and/or spoken with your Micrisoft Dynamics RMS Partner? If so, follow the steps in the manual using notepad or an XML editor to edit the receipt template. If not, you may want to get some assistance so the templates don't get messed up - should only take about 10-15 minutes to give you a quick overview (or check out pages 95-97, 115 and 117 of the RMS users manual for some instructions).
