Hello Buddies,

I have created one power automate flow which can send workflow approval mail along with approve option know i want to send this with attachment i upload product image in attachment in d365 f&o as a file how can i get that and attach into power automate flow and send that to user for approval.

Hi Bunny 27,

Can you clarify the scenario please? Is the email about a notification for a user that a new approval is pending his/her action or is the email an approval and do you want to attach a document in F&O as part of the process?

hello @André Arnaud de Calavon,

in my case i developed one power automate flow which triggered after Purchase order confirmation journal is created and send mail to vendors i wants to send PO confirm print along with that mail.

Hi Bunny 27,

I have not done this for the purchase orders, but another existing entity that has attachments. Most likely, it requires a customization of the data entity first.
To be able to get the attachment via a data entity, you need to load a generated document in a memory stream and convert it to a base64 string. An example can be found in the data entity TrvExpAttachedDocumentEntity.

i just want to create simple power automate flow which trigger after PO confirmation and send mail to vendor their PO is confirm along with PO confirm print. i hope now you understand my requirement.
