XML Template mapping error

I'm experiencing an error when I try to map one of the fields from CRM to a word template.

Instead of the the costumer's name, I'm getting an error (a blob of numbers and letters) as can be seen on the print below:

This is the original template, with the correct mapped field added on:

This is the field that I'm mapping form CRM:

Could you provide some help on this issue?

    This is no error. You need to map to the right field. Below are the steps to follow to meet your requirements.

    I understand your solution but I do not have these mappings on my document:

    At the same time you solution is confusing because that is not the field that I'm trying to map from the CRM. Could you explain why you propose this solution?

    In your case, I believe you need to use the xollsp_customername field.
