Hello everybody!

I've troubles with Import Datas to the CRM

I'm getting this Error 0x80040333 (Befored I got 0x8004353). The details gave me the follow information : "Don't make that because there was a duplicate in the sistem already".

How you can see in the picture, I don't have any duplicate, so why I got that error? Note: In this case I only imported Name, mail and phone, to don't get much erros (Error: 7).

With all fields "fixed"/"assigned" >> Error:50

Extra Consulting: I'm triying to import in CRM2016 the data of CRM2011, but I get somes truobles to make a "good import", for example:

1) Options Sets Fields don't want impoted (I've tried all ways and always get error with them).

2) In the old Crm I've user information (autor) but in this new I don't have more account than me. It's Oks don't import them at this time?

3) I can "partial import", For example Now I've 47 Contacts with Names/Phones/Mails , I can import the less data like City/Product/Account Name?? Or to Import I must import all at one time?

For you time, Thanks You.

    Hi,

first , go to Setting > Data Management > Duplicate Detection rule

    0243.1.png

Check any active rules against the entity you wish to import to.

We will go deeply, if the above suggestion didn't work.

    Hi,

Try a small set to import and see if it works. Normaly the duplicate reference exists if while importing crm find the record with the same name name more than once i.e. Account Name Test Account.

For option set field, try to use the same text. I am assuming you have exported the template from CRM 2016?

If in your import file, you have an account which does not exists in CRM 2016 then the record will not import and it will give you error "lookup reference not found".

    Hope this helps

    Hi,

what do you see under inactive contacts? Depending on how your duplicate detection rules have been set up, they might not be excluding inactive records.

    Hi,

I've a consulting with option set fields.

How you can see, I've 4 ask about that (I go make a example):

    1) If in CRM2011 the field is name: Names  and in CRM2016 it's name: Name   (Without the "s"). It's a error o nothing happened? (Also the logic name will be new_names and mk_name).

    2) How you can see I've "difference" in the text by lenguaje (english old version [2011] - spanish new version [2016]) It don't make any problem if i select (Yes > Si) ? or must be (Yes >Yes) . (I said english, but to be honest the man how programed the old version made somes fields in spanish and in english, so I make them all spanish because it was weird).

    3) There are somes "Check In" fields (Null or Mark "Check") that I didn't see how make them in CRM2016, instead it...I made two options fields (Yes for check and No for null). It's not a problem, right?

    4) If I imported example... 40 contacts without the phonenumber, because I forgot.... I can "updated/add" the phone number to the contacts? or I must uploading all again?? ( I ask because I've 10.892 Contacts jajajaja)

Note: I don't exporte the template from CRM2016- How I can do that?? O.o

    Oh I forgot!

If I've Contact that have somes fields likes "Firms Names" (Accounts). I can't Import this field because I don't have the accounts. Also I can't import all accounts because there are somes that have "Firm's Boss" (The Primary Contact> Contact).

How I can import in this case? (It's the reason that I said to import a columm [the phonenumber in my example])
