As described in the subject, our client gets that error on a new Win2008 32-bit server with a new Forecaster 7 SP4 and FRx 6.7 SP 12 installation/migration from an old Win2003 server. I performed the installation/migration and the error happens on the server and workstations with full installs of both programs.

I do not know the severity or the implications of this error and neither I nor other colleagues have not seen it before.
