USER SETTINGS - Search Function

Hi. If anyone can assist please. Actually i am new to NAV 365, and cannot resolve finding why the search capability is not working to find the user name, and do not find anything which is visibly present, and require to scroll to select the data.

Does it mean that the user name cannot be searched in the User Settings page?
Does this include any customization? As far as I know, it can be searched.
