I am not able to create a case from the portal itself. it is giving an error while creating the Case.

But, i want to say that, new case create is creating a case and showing as well in CRM when i use Partner Portal.. But, when i used, Customer Self-Service Portal, the case Record is not creating any record.. It is showing an error.

I am using default case and i have not left any mandatory fields as empty. But on saving , the record is not saving.

are you using default case form or you customized it? Please make sure CRM Mandatory fields not empty.
