Ensuring Secure API Access for Registered Users in Dynamics 365 Integration with External System

Hi All,
i was using a custom connector to call an external system from Dynamics 365, and we know that in Dynamics 365 organization has multiple users in one tenant, but i encounter a scenario where it is possible that not all users ( D65 users) are registered with the external system. However, we want to ensure that only users registered with the external system can make API calls. How can you set up or check this condition to restrict API calls to only registered users?

    Hello User,
     
    How you are making sure if a user has permission for API call to the targeted system?
    Also are you using flows to call that external system which is running in CRM Admin's(Dummy Admin User) Context?
    If yes then you are not considering the user who is invoking the call.
     
    If possible you can add more details for your requirement.
