BC On-Prem Development license shows error when trying to run Cronus Company: Your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously.

Hi,

We installed BC On-Prem on our machine.

We configured and downloaded Demo/Developer license for BC yesterday, also uploaded the license to CRONUS database. We noticed the license has 20 Named Users.

We restarted the instance as usual.

But when comes to executing the BC windows client we received

"Your program license does not permit more users to work simultaneously. Wait until another user has stopped using the program. Contact your system administrator if you want to allow more simultaneous users on your system."

 

Has anyone encountered this issue ?

    Yes, other users have this issue as well, and Microsoft is currently investigating. Use your NAV 2018 license if possible.

    Hi Natalie,

    We need the license for Testing our Add-On for Apps source.

    We received error message when trying to use NAV 2018 license for testing.
