Hi,

How to get Aptos to Dynamics Sales, not so nice if Sales emails have one font and Outlook and rest of the system uses Aptos?

Dynamics 365 Sales does not support custom fonts like Aptos in outgoing emails. The email editor can only use standard web‑safe fonts (Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana, etc.) because custom fonts are not supported and apps render those back, you can inject it via CSS, but Outlook will not reliably render it, so consistency cannot be guaranteed. Refer this if you want more customize option:

Bit shame. 2026 year and cant just have basic functions working normally. MS dealing with AI while basic things never work :D
