Authorization to update view

Hi 

Somebody knows how to request approval to update the order of some section on the Lead ?

Is giving me this error when I try to do it by myself

Unauthorized operation

    Hi kenner,

    Maybe you need check your security role, only the user that has assigned System Administrator or System Customizer security role can customize the form.

    1.Go Settings > Security > users to select one user.

    2.Click ‘manage roles’ button in the user form to open one dialog.

    3.Make sure ‘System Customizer ’security role is checked.
