Unable to Export solution in MS Dynamics CRM 2011

Hi,

I have made some customization's in incident(case) and SMS(phonecall) entities in our development environment. I created a new solution and added both the entities and three plugin assemblies and few steps along with this solution. But when I tried to export the solution it did not work. When I clicked the final export button there is no action after that. Nothing is happening. Normally it will popup asking to save the customization's in a zip file. I thought this could be problem with my customized entity and tried with some other components. But even for some other components it did not work. So the export solution is not all working. There is no error message or anything in the event viewer. Without error information how can we find what is the issue. Please help.

It tried both Unmanaged and Managed solution. Both not working.

Try to capture error log on event viewer and post here

Hi,

Which browser are you using ? Switch the browser to Internet Explorer and check again. Also check the managed properties of solution

I am using IE11. I was able to export few days back. So this should not be the problem. I tried in some other machines too.

For Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online the maximum size for a solution is 29.296 MB.

For on-premises organizations, the default maximum size for a solution is 6 MB, but this can be increased as needed.

Change the maximum allowed size by editing the <httpRuntime> element in the web.config file for the application. Edit the executionTimeout and maxRequestLength attributes to allow for the necessary size. After you finish installing the solution you can set it to the size you want.

I tried selecting only one component which i did not customized. It did now work too.

Size is not a probelm. Export is not working regardless of which component I include or the size.

Can you try with different browser.

Otherwise you can enable trace ;
