CRM portal - Knowledge base article rating and feedbakc

Could you anyone let me know how we need to add(provide the option for end user) the Rating(*****) and Feedback(Helpful – Yes, No, not what i was looking for) functionality for Knowledge base article in Dynamics 365 portal.

It would be great help if you provide the steps for the same.

    Hi

    Same question for me but for my own web template for knowledge article.

    I explain myself: I have to create my own web page for knowledge article because I want to add other information in it ( like the content of personal fields). But I don't see my rating stars anymore. ( i have check enabled the rating option ) 

    Any idea?
