Error when importing Accounts to Accounts level

Hi Guys,

I am trying to update a bunch of Account records in CRM Dynamics. I have downloaded a static list, made my edits and want to load it back in. When I do this I get the below error. Can anyone help me with this error please?

    What export are you doing?  If it's a static list, you should make sure it' configured for reimport.  Also, since it appears you're on CRM Online from your tags, you should be able to use Excel Online to do the work directly.  

    Also, if you happen to have two fields with the same display name, that will cause errors with importing from Excel, as there's no way for CRM to parse which field each header should go to.

    Thanks Wayne for the quick response. Good to know about the Excel Online feature, didnt allow me to complete a VLOOKUP though but learnt alot from your comment. I am still getting the error so I just made the changes manually.
