Depends on exactly what you mean by "bulk edit" (some options include) .......

1. To edit fields on multiple contacts you select in a view, then you can use the "EDIT" option from the ribbon bar to bulk edit the contacts.

2. If you are using CRM Online you can use Excel Online and edit the contacts directly in Excel. Then return the results to CRM.

3. If you mean "import" then you can use the import option to import contacts. Say from a CSV file containing contacts.

4. Alternatively if you needed an automated regular update of contact information. Then you could develop something. Possible making use of Scribe or KingswaySoft.
