enterprise portal installation error ax 2012r2

dears ,

when i install the ax enterprise portal on single server i had this error

The following error/warning occurred:Setup encountered an error during deployment of the Role Center and Enterprise Portal framework. Assembly containing type Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Portal.Deployment.EPWebModule is not referenced.

please can anyone help me to solve this .

    Hi ,

    Could you post full error log so that we can help you.

    Is all prerequisites validation has been passed without any error or warning before installing the Enterprise portal?

    You have installed Enterprise Portal in the Sharepoint-80 port right?

    yes all the prerequisites is validate , and i install on share point -80 ,

    Hi Ibrahem,

    Am really sorry missed this conversation, have you installed the hotfix KB 2830441 and is there any Web related customizations apart from the standard.

    Before installing the EP try to compile the application and generate Full CIL as well, to start the error free installation.

    Hope you have followed the below link to install the Enterprise portal.

    Hi RUDRA ,

    i install the hotfix KB 2830441 , and there is no customization part , all thing is standard web part

    i do compile and Full CIL compile with no errors , when i install the enterprise portal , the same error appear .

    Can you try creating the new web application with a different port number and a new site collection, then run the Enterprise Portal by selecting newly created web application, lets see the response.

    i have create 3 sites with different ways and different ports , but the same problem appears to me ,

    i think to format the SharePoint server and do all thing in fresh windows installation ,,

    is this a solution to do that ,,, i need your suggestion .

    Hi ,

    Make sure the logged in user is in the group of farm administrator with full control, keep the user as a site collection administrator for the site created manually, add the user into the local administrator group(Win+Run-->lusrmgr.msc)

    Once the site is created inside the sharepoint application, try to deploy using the command line

    In command prompt navaigate to the below folder path then deploy.

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Setup

    AxUpdatePortal –deploy –websiteurl DEVEP/.../DynamicsAXDev

    or

    You can create the site through below command line

    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Setup

    AxUpdatePortal –createsite –websiteurl DEVEP/.../DynamicsAXDev

    Formatting is not the exact solution, but if you are running out of a time then you can format and try it out.

    The log states the Claims to Windows Token Service is not running. Please make sure it is running, as stated on this troubleshooting article:

    Instructions are:

    SharePoint Central Administration, click System Settings > Manage services on server. Start the Claims to Windows Token Service and then install Enterprise Portal.
