I had a serious crash of my system, I had to re-install my system from my backup

now I have two invoice that was void showing as being process and when ever I try to go into the cash receipts I get a message saying job processing. I have tried login off and them on again but it does not clear it.  I believe the system is trying to process these void invoices.  what is strange is that they are very old invoices.  can anyone help me.  Thanks

    What exactly did you restore? Was it an image restore or just a database restore? If it was database, did you restore your DYNAMICS and all company databases? What you should do is DYANMCIS and all company databases. Once that is complete try again.

    Hi,

    Check your SY00800 and  SY00801 in the DYNAMICS database.

    Check the DEX_LOCK and DEX_SESSION tables in the tempdb system database.

    Check the SY00500 table in your companies database for any entries related to the document in question.

    Do you find anything in those tables with everyone logged off of the system?
