Multiple records form - Not Displaying Options from Yes/No Field if field width is over 115 Pixels

Hello everyone,

i was working on the layout of our contact entity today and changed the field width in a certain section, which contains fields with two Options only (yes/no).

The change of the width worked as intended but as a negative side effect i can't see the (YES/NO) option on the multiple records form any more once i select multiple contacts and try to enter a value there.

So i changed the field width back to the initial 115 Pixels and... i could see the (YES/NO) option again. Is there a way to modify the multiple records form in order to maintain the larger field width (approx. 125) and still be able to change those values on the multiple records form?

hi Daniel, are you on standard screen resolution, have you tried to amend it to see if it changes the situation?

    Hi Bobby,

my standard resolution is 1920x1080. For testing i changed it to 2160x1440, 1600x900, 1024x768. Neither of those changes affected the multiple records form. On low resultion you couldnt even see change button any more.

If you change the properties of your section, you can show the field labels on top rather than side.  I'm not sure how/if this would apply to the multiple records form, but worth a try.  Otherwise, you may have to re-arrange to show that field across 2 columns.

First of all thank you for your anwer.

It does in deed apply to the multiple records form if you swap from labelling at the top or side. If you Label on top instead of side it pretty much always displays the checkboxes in the multiple records form no matter how you arrange the columns.
