issue in vendor pending invoice in ax 2012 r3

Hi All,

In Pending vendor invoice, I got below error and workflow got stopped.

error microsoft.dynamics.ax.xpp.errorException

All 3 approvals are successfully done and in Completed status. I don't know what it's happening.

I have done FULL CIL , it's also done successfully without error. Still getting same issue.

Kindly give me some one any trick or suggestion to resolve this issue.

Please give me more shed on this.

Hi,

Do the users who approved/completed the tasks have an employee assigned in their user data?

Hi Ludwig,

It's actually goes to some other user for approval. For testing purpose I re-assign to me and approved the same.

Kindly let me know what setup to check for my user ? I will check...

Hi Ludwig,

Are you talking about "User relation" form. ? If yes, then for my user id it's blank.

Is this caused the issue?

yes Ramit, after deleting the conditional task just before 2 level approval. It's completed successfully.

I have checked the conditional task, it's nothing mentioned. It caused the issue before.

@rp@n is that the entire error message?

If all the approvals are done I suspect you have an auto post in the workflow which would be where this might be falling over

Have you tried to post the Invoice manually?
