I am trying to create an event trigger that actions as soon as a contact views a specific website page, is this possible?

Hi,

You can create a segment to filter out the contacts who visit a website page.

However, you should make sure that the website record has been created in the Dynamics 365 Marketing app.

Then you can use the segment as the audience of the customer journey to trigger the event.
