I have Dual-Write set up between Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement. I'm trying to test if the Dual-Write setup works, but I encounter this error whenever I try to create sample records in one of the associated tables. For example, when I try to create a sample record in F&O Customers table (Accounts Receivable > All Customers > Customers), I get this error.

Unable to write data to entity accounts. Writes to CustCustomerV3Entity failed with error message Request failed with status code BadRequest and CDS Error Code : 0x80040265 response message: Lookup field company mismatched. Activity ID for troubleshooting {1379BD7D-5040-4749-A506-1037886FD0EE}.

A similar error message also shows up when I try to create sample records in Customer Groups. But the error doesn't show up when I try to create sample records in F&O where the legal entity isn't Dual-Write configured to CE.

Hi Carmelo,

Please check if the value of the alternative key in Dataverse you define have matched the key of the data entity defined in the Finance and Operations app.
