Assigning users to buyer groups

Is it possible to assign more than one buyer group to a user, or alternatively include users in multiple buyer groups? If so how do I do this please?

So far I have only found I am able to assign one buyer group to a user on the Workers Page > Setup > Buyer Group and I cannot find anywhere to view a list of users assigned to the same buyer group.

Hi KS123.

Right now there is just this setup option on the employee

as you can see it`s just a 1:1 relation between employee and buyer group. I checked in the source code if there is any other form available to get an overview. Seems there is nothing like that

Thank you, that's really helpful to know.

Do you know if it would then instead be possible to create a collection of user groups, assign users and then assign the groups to released products? The purpose would be that a user (a buyer) would be responsible for the purchasing of certain item ranges.

is it not enough to add the buyer group to the item as well as to the employee. So the employee can filter for all the items with the same buyer group than attached to this employee?

A grouping as mentioned by you is not available as far as I know.
