Hi 

How do we update the solution only instance

In this documentation there  are no steps defined

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/apply-updates

It is saying that you to do this manually but what are the steps to proceed because all the solutions are managed

    The steps to find an update the Solution are mention in the article and can be achieved using the The Marketing setup wizard,
