Dear All,
When I open the payment windows at point of sales to receive the customer payments against the invoice. The following Error appear:
"Headquarter could not be contacted to download account receivable from other store. Showing account receivable for this account only"
( This show only the current store balance)

Dear, The option ''Connect to HQ to get customer's open AR' is checked. But I think, store can't connect with Headquarter without server and client. If yes, I think, there is other setting that I missing.

In the configuration of the store go to customer options ... if the check box for 'Connect to HQ to get customer's open AR' and if the network or internet is down it will not allow you to proceed.. I hope this will help.
