Want to remove Profile Album(User Image) placeholder from CRM UI

My customer doesnt want to see User Image on CRM UI. How to remove that? I understand that there is an entity called Profile album which restricts or allows to add images on the placeholder based upon the security role. But I want to remove that placeholder. Please help.
