We have a client looking at Kamp Data for sales taxes in Dynamics GP and I was wondering if anyone is using it and would be willing to share a review?

Hello Victoria,

I have worked on the support desk for 15 years and I have not heard of this product being used for taxes. It is not commonly used. Avataxes is generally used.

Unfortunately, we're hearing some bad reviews for Avalara, so I wanted to research other options.

I have never heard of Kamp data. We have had Avalara at our client's sites for decades with no issues. The biggest issue now facing companies is the impact of the Wayfair decision where even internet out of states sales tax needs to be collected. So companies either hire an employee to do not nothing but process sales tax or use Avalara.
