Have set up a discount using the quantity discount pricing table by entering under quantity 2 and then the discounted price when 2 items are purchased.
This seemed to work fine however we have just discovered that when we process an odd number of these (3, 5 etc) to a customer who has a different pricing setup (Price A) the price charged changes to a much reduced price. What have we done wrong?

I have the same question (0)On the Discounts tab the "Use a quantity pricing table" can set discounts for each pricing level. There is also a choice to discount odd items for "two or more " promotions. If this is not turned on you need to scan even number items for discount and singles so that the single item does not get discounted.
