It can be done via integration with third party systems like IVR etc using API's

i agree with muhammad.
You need a third party system to integrate your Tapi.
If you get calls it open the "Add Phonecalls" form.
We tried this product.
www.mscrm-addons.com/.../TelephoneIntegration
But now we develop our own TelephoneIntegration ^^
If you have skype i think you can do it with the skype for business integration.
