I created a new 30-days trial edition of Dynamics 365 CRM with the 'Sales' module enabled.
I tried to find the 'Settings > Customizations > Solutions' menu option, but the 'Customizations' sections only shows the 'Customizations' and 'Dynamics Markerplace' options. When I click 'Customizations', the only option I get is the 'Developer Resources' link.
How do I enable custom solutions? Is this even possible in trial organizations?

Ah, I needed to do some more Googling. Stackoverflow answered my question.
I needed to promote my user to admin in CRM, see here: stackoverflow.com/.../1185084
After promoting the user and refreshing the browser window, more options appeared (including the 'Solutions' menu item).
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
