Restrict legal entity selection in Purchase requisition

HI all,

In purchase requisition lines, currently all legal entities can be select as "Buying legal entity" 

anyone knows that how to restrict which legal entities can be shown / loaded for selection as "Buying legal entity" ?  

Please advise, thanks

    You can control using "Procurement and Sourcing > Setup > Policy> Purchase requisition permission" , here for each requestor you can specify "Legal entity and operating unit" for which that user can create PR.

    Hello Phyllis,

    I hope you and your family are doing well.

    Have you tried purchasing policies restricted to certain LEs. You possibly can leverage category access rules here to restrict access to certain categories - short prevent usage in certain LEs.
